so far, I only had ankle sprains and nothing more than that. (thank goodness!)

uhh.. I don't know if you consider it as "worst"... I've had heel pains, it gets so tight it hurts! boohoo..

Hey there! To be honest... I haven't had an injury as I am only a beginner. but omg I just wish I will be able to handle it when the time comes! YIKEs!!.. d you guys have any tips for me so I can prevent these scary injuries?
