Due to my hectic schedule, i hardly have anytime to exercise. But when i read articles from the site, i was encouraged to run. I never thought it has so many effects/benefits. My work shift is at night. Is it okay to run in the morning? that is after my work? Or do i have to rest and get some sleep first? i need your opinion guys! thanks in advance.

I suggest that you find the time that will work best for you, you know any exercise is better than none. Another factor you should consider is your energy level, (the fact that you just came from work) if you think that you still have the energy to do it then it's probably ok. But if you're too worn out I guess it's more practical for you to just take some rest first.

Hi there gabrielle, I've always been a morning runner , my philosophy is to get my body down the street before my brain wakes up. I heard that it's good to run on an empty stomach. Perhaps if I were in your shoes, I would just take some rest since I would definitely feel so tired after working.

Morning runner here! I think I am more fresh whenever I do it in the morning. i have more stamina and I don't easily get tired after a mile of running maybe because the air is and cool.

I run after work. I usually rest up a bit when I came home from the office and then I do the running. I would love to try it in the morning but I was on the morning shift. I had to wake up early and prepare early so I have to do it in the afternoon. Although i believe that running in the morning is better. I just don't have the time.
