I usually exercise in the evening and find myself so tired and wasted the next day, it's as if I spent the night partying. I often do 2-3 miles on treadmill, the other day I did I worked out and just this morning I felt so tired with my head throbbing. What could be possibly wrong?

You should work on hydrating your body, make sure you drink lots of water during the day so you won't be feeling so haggard the morning after you run.

How long have you been experiencing this? do you do some warm up routines and cooling down after running? you better do, and remember to have enough water intake if you feel thirsty while working out go and drink some, don't deprive yourself. just listen to your body!

yea, i do some warm up and cool down stretches before and after running. I never forget to do that. Just find it rather weird why I feel so tired the morning after.

I think you have overworked your body. running is goodfor the health and an effective work out but of course you also have to listen to your body. Rest for a while and if you feel like you are already okay and the pain is already gone then you can start running again.

After all your ordeal during the day and then you go running, this must be the cause of your exhaustion. Do the running i the morning if you could put it in your schedule so that you don't feel wasted. If you already feel tired then maybe you should pass up running first and do it if you don't feel so tired at all.

I suggest you stop overworking yourself. If you continue this type of routine you might get the opposite effect. If you really want to do some running try to squeeze it in the morning. Your body is more invigorated in the morning and exhaustion is not easily felt because you have recharged all your energy throughout the night.

Mental state, alcoholic affectsand lack of involvement cause this kind of problems.Lift your exercise from the mundane.Let it be spiritual work because you are a spiritual being.

I think you can actually take breaks when doing some running. I am a beginner and I tend to stop for awhile to catch my breath and go on running. I also have some water to keep me hydrated. Do you have a heart problem? You should ask for a doctor's advice if this will not stop.

Overdoing,over-stretching is not permitted in any kind of exercise. But I again suggest to make running your meditation, and you will change. Then even the burnout feeling will be taken as blessings of God and suggesting some further improvement in our life style.

Good advices for evening running.
I heard that running in the evening works even better than running in the morning. Is that true?
