first of all you must remember not to overdo your training, listen to your body if you're tired then you must get some rest. Another thing, take alot of carbos oh and you must be well hydrated!

Warming up is the most important thing to do when you are on the process of training. You wouldn't want your body to react violently to the stress it will undergo during the training. Eating the right kind of food is second because at this stage your body needs a lot more nutrients. Perfect Timing and diet is the key! Good Luck!

The best way to avoid injuries and body pain when you do running is to warm up first. Prepare your body and you can be 100% sure that you won't have any injury.

Warm up is the best thing. The right foot ware will also help. Majority of injuries is due to the fact that runners don't pay much attention to their gears when they are running. Shoes are very important. You should be very comfortable with them because if you are not lots of injuries can happen not only knee injuries.

Don't overwork yourself. Know your knees limitation. When it comes to running you use the knee all the time so you should really take care of them and understand their limitation. If you feel like Your knees have had enough with running then stop for a while and rest or stop first completely and then continue later. Of course warm up will be the first and foremost thing that you should do.
