I preferably eat "carbohydrate-rich" diet, that's about 60% diet of food like cereals breads and fruits!

I go easy on fats, and as much as possible try opting for low fat stuff. Oh and cereals are the best, you can do a lot of recipes with it.

Hi anthony33! As for me, I usually eat foods that are high in carbohydrates and some protein, but of course low in fats. And since I do this in the morning I usually eat bread, or oatmeals.

all Carbo! Because his type of foods help you regain much of the loose energy while you are in training. This will also give you all the strewth you need to keep on going. Of course if you are trimming down then you must eat carbo rich food but lesser amount. This type of food could also make you fatter so you might want to watch out for the amount you intake. Take only what your body needs.

My Diet usually depends on my goal. If my goal is to maintain my weight then I don't really choose what I eat or I don't avoid fatty foods or other foods that are known to be source of more calories but I do limit the amount of intake. If I am trying to loose a lot of weight then that's the time when I really avoid them and try to substitute them with other foods that contains the same nutrients but lesser calorie content.
