when buying running shoes, it's impt that you try it on and see if you feel properly balanced. Also, the ball of your foot should exactly fit the widest part of the shoe.

Hi! One advice i can give you is it's best to shop for shoes at the end of the day when your feet are somewhat swollen, so you'll get a good fit.

test several brands first, (preferably in a variety of sizes) before finally deciding on what to buy.
Then try it on and run around the block, so you can see if there is enough room in the toe box! Goodluck!

Choose a shoes that really fits you well. Don't buy shoes which are too small or too large for you because you might end up having a broken ankle. Any rubber shoes would do but you have to be comfortable with what you choose so you don't end up hurting your toes and ankles. Jogging is for your health so before you do it make sure you are prepared with all the right gear that will make you safe.

try searching google for running shoes, will save you time and trouble of checking out too many shops and trying on too many shoes. narrow down your choices so that when you do go out to shop, you know what youre looking for

Yeah light weight and comfortable, that's the key! Sometimes running shoes that are too heavy adds up with the weight of your body and that is not so good. You will end up dragging yourself when you run.

Uhmmm.. Personally I like Addidas the best running shoes. They seem to fit my feet well. But always keep this on your mind that each person is going to have unique needs so what is good for one runner, may not be good for another runner. Each person is different so once you find that brand you like it's so hard to switch.
