hi fellow runners, i'm new here. great community you got. Anyways, do you guys use fuel belts when running? well I use it and it annoys me so much, I hate the swooshing sound of the water along with the added weight it gives every time I race. so what do you guys use?

yes I do use it when on a race but if I'll just be running for a few miles I don't. It can really be annoying but it saves time rather than dropping by at water stations.

I used it sometimes but I think they add up some weight and i cannot run with all the additional weight Still think they are important to hydrate so I still try on using them sometimes but not very often.

Avoid mundane aid/kit,if you can.Trust God,and nature. You can neither die,nor survive as long as He does not wish.Running to me is spiritual, running to God with all enthusiasm and involvement.Where is scope for dehydration.
