how do you usually know when it' s about time to replace your running news? I've had mine for 6months now, do you think I should be scouting for new ones?

I can tell that my shoes needs to be replaced when the soles are totally worn out! And, if you use it for other activities aside from running then better check its soles coz you might not notice how worn out it is. Others say you have to change it every 6months, but I guess it really depends on how often you use it. It's also better if you have a spare pair of running shoes, in that way you can alternately use it.

I usually change my running shoes every 6mos. 'coz I use it everyday for my morning jog. But I think it really depends on how you take care of your shoes and if it is still comfortable for running. Acquiring an alternative pair would also be wise.
