I ran yesterday while it was raining which unfortunately soaked my running shoes, would you know of some safer way of drying them up? I'm afraid i might destroy it if i put it in the drier. What do you think guys?

best way to dry em up, hang them at the back of the fridge and it'll be dry the next day. better try it Georgina, it works!

there are available shoe dryers, but I'm thinking that it could be expensive. Use a blow dryer instead, or before using it, take out the insoles of the shoes then stuff it with newspaper so the paper will absorb all the water that came in your shoes.

This is a problem almost all runner experience. when I read this I can't help but laugh. As simple as this question might sound, this matter really needs attention. I can't imagine myself changing running shoes each time I run just because my other pair are soaked!
