What causes your back pains? Mine is if i don't get enough of sleep, stress, & overdone exercises, those cause me severe back pain. My physical therapist or pain relievers are the only ones that can take away my back pain.

As for me I always get back pains when I am busy at my business. What I usually do with it is to have hot or cold compress to reduce the pain, but if it is not effective I usually get a nice massage to relieve the back pain I'm experiencing.

Back pains could be from a lot of factors and the solution also depends. If I feel those because of overwork I just rest and lie on my back for a few hours and then the pain disappears but if those pain is from exercise then maybe you should warm up before doing your routine.

my back pains are due to stress sometimes joined with lack of sleep.
i better try to get enough sleep or at least rest on my back for a couple of minutes.
and getting a massage is a brilliant idea. will get one soon.
thanks for your help

You should really rest up and in addition if you feel those pain try not to be too worried. Sometimes your mind can make you feel worst and thus results to stress. Stressing won't help. All it can do is make you feel the pain even more.

I usually have back pain when I am stress and over fatigue... I hate the feeling because it really hurts and I can't perform my work well and I can't sleep. The only solution for my back pain is a great massage and good rest.
