Anyone here tried using the foam roller? they say using it is like getting a real massage, is it true?

yeah I highly recommend using it. I use it for like 10 minutes before running and it has been part of my routine.

just read it while surfing the net, don't exactly have an idea how much it costs but i'm kinda interested in getting one.

oh yup I've used it, it's good for working out sore areas on your body esp. on the hip part.

yes it is. You actually have to lie down on the roller (on the sore side of your body). I've been using mine for 6months now, it's a great investment Georgina maybe you could try it too.

I want to try that foam roller... How much is it anyway and what does it look like (I've never seen one, *dumb*)??? Can I use it on an injured part of my body??? Sorry for asking too many questions...

Haven't tried it. What does it look like and how do you used it? What are the effects? Where can you buy those foam rollers? Sorry got a lot of questions I heard rollers but not foam rollers. I would want to try it if given the chance.

Foam Rollers for tight muscles. It also breaks down soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue.
