Hi again, just wanna ask does joining a marathon really take so much of your energy as well as the nutrition in your body?? I noticed how sluggish I am at the moment, I feel sick but really I'm not. Like the other day I was running with my buddies I was too slow and they would even get past me. what can be possible wrong? I'm beginning to worry now.

I guess it really depends on how large is the base during the race, i mean there could be a lot of possible reasons why you're feeling that way. You must have had a hard marathon that's why you're feeling that way. But I think it's pretty normal, one time I joined a race then 3 weeks later I still felt so weak.

Most of the time the feeling of being slow, tired, sluggish etc. are in the mind only.In other words we think slow, weak, tired and so feel it.The only solution is positive thinking.Let all such sluggish persons read my post on Positive Thinking.
