Hi

Can I know whats the ideal running portion for me? I'm doing it everyday.

I usually run for 8km in 50 minutes. Which translates to average of 10KM/H

How is this?

I'm 86KG/172CM

Sometimes I'm tired early and can't finish, so I just dohalf of it, 4KM on 24 minutes.

Thanks!

Hi Capedeci and welcome to abc of running Community. Hmm. Perhaps one of our experiences runners can give you some advice regarding this. Just don't push yourself too hard, stop when you feel like your dead tired. ok? it's not really nice to over do it. goodluck man!

Thanks.

I just tried the Gerkin protocol on my treadmill, I scored grade 10, which is around 12 min 30 secs.

Is that good?
