just wonder.. what are your running goals for this year?
first - stay fit! burn out the calories..HAHA

Running goal should always be optimum enjoyment.Rest of the things follow.
A stage comes when running when you become running itself.Surrender completely to nature(I am talking of running in open spaces and in the lap of nature).Let there be complete LET GO.Loosen your control over the body.Let it move on its own.Just enjoy.Be a witness to your running.(Since that is just out of the world experience,I am finding it difficult to explain the experience in worldly language).See how long you continue.Out of breath or stamnima?Surrender to the Almighty,and see.Both will increase many times. Must have this experience at least once a week,and cherish it.
