I'm considering of practicing yoga, they say that it can help runners improve. but i'm still in the process of weighing things. need your advice guys!!

I think you should do some meditation and afterwards go for your running exerise

try to meditate
yoga
walk(nordic)
then
running for your fitness..

you can also try fishing to relax also and unwind.

Yogasans,but more than that,meditation can improve your running,and the results obtained from it.I am not telling you to do it before or after,but if you are in meditation,practising it regularly,running is an altogather different experience.Gradually you meditate while jogging,as I do.
