I do not know if any member here has enjoyed/experienced mental running.It is running without moving the body.It is always a wonderful experience,and if fact,a real spiritual experience.If perfectly done you begin sweating soon,and get all the advantages of normal running.It may be helpful to people who are over-weight and find it very difficult to run pysically.
It is part of curriculam of my yoga camps which I hold free.Any takers?

I have never heard of this kind of running but it sounds very interesting. Is the idea that this is a kind of meditation but instead of you trying to clear your head of all thoughts you focus on running something like a 5k, 10k, half or marathon?
