For getting calcium to have strong bones Running is good for us. Vitamin D and calcium works together to maintain healthy bones throughout our entire life.

Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin. 90% of Vitamin D our body needs can be provided by the action of UVB in sunlight it penetrates our skin and activates pre-vitamin D. It is much greater than any amount we can get from food.
