I was wondering where do you prefer to run? Do you feel comfortable when you run in the city? where there are lots of honking cars and extreme traffic or do you feel better when you are in the suburbs running under grassy lawns and bushy Trees? Is it harder to run in the city than in the suburbs?

on my part, I don't really think of these stuff. What's more important is I get to run regularly everyday cos if I don't I'd feel so weak!

the best is to run out of the suburbs and then hit the streets! In thailand, we hit the streets. Just to see the urban system while running is always a treat! i like the sight of skyscrapers, abandoned buildings, factories and other industrial parks. Another kick i get is to run in between houses in the burbs and exploring shortcuts is cool! just run run run! that's what forrest gump did! and never look back. Only god knows where you might end up!
