At least eighty women began the journey to learn what lies under the care of experienced runners. Soul Sisters All Women's Running Clinic is the most popular running clinic in Prince George and was hosted by Stride and Glide Sports.
It is open for all young moms, mothers, and daughters - women of all ages and is divided into five groups. It is designed so beginners, as well as advance runners can be successful at any level. The Clinic gave tips on running trails, road, track and tread mills.
