Zhou Chunxiu Won London Marathon
  Zhou Chunxiu Won London Marathon Zhou Chunxiu won the London Marathon in the women's race last Sunday within 20 minutes and 38 seconds. She was the first Chinese to have won the London Marathon. Zhou, who won last year's Asian Games champion in Doha, pulled away after 37 kilometers, beating former 10,000 meters world champion Gete Wami of Ethiopia and Romania's Constantina Tomescu-Dita to second and third places.
